Received item in 3 days from ordering - excellent. However, card wording was not what I ordered, even after it was confirmed via text message & confirmation email. Contacted via email, no reply. Contacted again, with a response received that a pdf would be sent for me to print. Not satisfactory as far as I’m concerned. Advised support & was told a new card would be sent to me. Still waiting 1 week later. The actual order took only 3 days to receive! I need to get the item sent to my son & now I won’t have the sentiment I wanted to go with it! Very disappointing!
